Processing Time
Once you place your order, we aim to process it within 1–3 business days. For digital downloads, delivery is immediate and you will receive a download link in your email. For physical prints or framed pieces, please allow for additional time for printing, framing, and packaging.
Domestic Shipping
- We ship across the USA and offer tracked shipping through reliable courier services.
- Standard shipping usually arrives 3–7 business days after dispatch (depending on location).
- If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
International Shipping
- International orders: shipping time can range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.
- Please note: any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that apply in your country are your responsibility.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges depend on the size/weight of the item and destination.
- For orders above a certain value (e.g., XX,XXX), free shipping may be applied—please check the checkout page for live offers.
- We will not be responsible for delays or lost items once the carrier marks the package as “shipped”.
Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- PO Box deliveries may not be available for framed artwork—please provide a physical address if possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. Here’s how our return & exchange policy works:
Digital Downloads
- As digital files are immediately accessible, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If you experience a download issue or the file is defective, please contact us and we’ll provide a replacement.
Physical Prints & Framed Pieces (In-Stock Items)
- If you receive a print or framed piece and find it defective, damaged during transit, or not as described, you may request a return or exchange.
- We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- For exchanges, once we receive the item and verify condition, we’ll dispatch the replacement or refund the difference.
Customised or Made-to-Order Items
- Items that are customised (e.g., personalised framing, specific sizing) or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
- Please review your custom specifications carefully before submitting your order, and contact us with any questions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@adropofearth.com within the return window, providing your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- We’ll review and, if approved, provide you with instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us (you are responsible for shipping cost unless the return is due to our error).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue the refund (minus original shipping) or send the replacement. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process once item arrives.
Refunds
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (both directions) are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
- If shipping was free and you return the item, the value of the free shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Important Notes
- Please keep your shipping/tracking number until your return is confirmed. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is returned in damaged condition, used, or missing parts.
- For international orders: any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country are not eligible for refund.
- We recommend photographing or video-recording the package upon delivery if the item is fragile, so you can show proof if damage occurred during shipping.
